ABOUT THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

“BİRİZ GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED COMPANY”, we hereby state that we show utmost sensitivity in securing and processing the personal data of real persons related to our company, including our customers, suppliers, employees, consultants and business partners, within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements to which our country is a party and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) and other national and international legislation.
With its 10th article titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform”, KVKK has imposed an obligation on our Company, which is a data controller, to inform the relevant persons about “the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing personal data, the persons to whom personal data is transferred and the purposes of transfer, the legal reasons and methods of collecting personal data and the rights of the personal data owner”. Within this framework, data owners are informed and enlightened with this Disclosure Text.
1- IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
In accordance with the KVKK and other legislation, the personal data shared with our Company by related parties including our customers, suppliers, employees, consultants and business partners will be evaluated by “BİRİZ GLOBAL TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ”, which has the title of “Data Controller”, within the scope specified below.
2- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data shared by you will be processed in accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of KVKK;
• In accordance with the law and rules of honesty,
• Accurate and up-to-date when necessary,
• For specific, clear and legitimate purposes,
• In connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured,
• In accordance with the retention rules for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed;
• To develop the products and services offered by our Company,
• To carry out the sales and marketing activities of the products and services offered by our Company,
• To customize the products and services offered by our Company according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of our customers and recommend them to our customers,
• To carry out our commercial activities, to determine and implement our Company’s business strategies and to carry out the necessary work, including but not limited to these,
• To fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts to which our Company is a party,
• To ensure the implementation of our Company’s human resources policies,
• To ensure the physical security and control of the premises used by our Company,
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons who have a business relationship with our Company;
It will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in the relevant articles of the KVKK.
3- TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
Your personal data shared by you;
• To develop the products and services offered by our Company,
• To carry out the sales and marketing activities of the products and services offered by our Company,
• To carry out our commercial activities, to determine and implement our Company’s business strategies and to carry out the necessary work, including but not limited to these,
• To fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts to which our Company is a party,
• To ensure the execution of our Company’s human resources policies,
• To ensure the physical security and control of the premises used by our Company,
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons who have a business relationship with our Company;
It may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders and legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
4- LEGAL REASONS AND METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, visually or electronically within the purpose and scope specified above within the framework of BİRİZ GLOBAL TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ’s commercial activities.
5- RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK
Within the framework of the KVKK and other applicable legislation;
• Learning whether your personal data has been processed,
• Requesting information about your personal data if it has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,• When you request correction of your incomplete or incorrect data and deletion or destruction of your personal data, you have the right to request that this situation be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
• To object to a result that is against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damage you suffer due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
In order to exercise these rights, you can submit your request in writing or, if a separate method is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, in accordance with this method to our Company.
You can send your application in a clear and understandable manner, by including your identity and address information; provided that your application is related to you or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you are specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, you can send it to the address “Kavaklıdere Mah. Büklüm Cad. No:11/5 Çankaya, Ankara” with a wet signature or to our e-mail address “[email protected]” with a secure electronic signature.
Our Company will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
