INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As "Biriz Global Teknoloji Ltd. Şti.", we hereby state that we exercise the utmost care in securing and processing the personal data held by us of the natural persons related to our company, including our customers, suppliers, employees, consultants and business partners, within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the international conventions to which our country is a party, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the KVKK) and other applicable national and international legislation.

Article 10 of the KVKK, titled "Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform", imposes on our Company, in its capacity as data controller, the obligation to inform the persons concerned about "the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing personal data, the persons to whom personal data are transferred and the purposes of the transfer, the legal grounds for and methods of collecting personal data, and the rights of the personal data subject". Within this framework, data subjects are informed and enlightened by means of this Information Notice.

1- IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

Pursuant to the KVKK and other applicable legislation, the personal data shared with our Company by related persons, including our customers, suppliers, employees, consultants and business partners, will be handled by "Biriz Global Teknoloji Ltd. Şti.", in its capacity as "Data Controller", within the scope set out below.

2- PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data you share will be processed, pursuant to Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK, in a manner that is:

lawful and in accordance with the principles of good faith,
accurate and, where necessary, up to date,
for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
relevant to, limited to and proportionate with the purposes for which they are processed,
in accordance with the retention rules for the period stipulated in the applicable legislation or required for the purposes for which they are processed;

and for the following purposes:

to improve the products and services offered by our Company,
to carry out the sales and marketing activities of the products and services offered by our Company,
to tailor the products and services offered by our Company to the preferences, usage habits and needs of our customers and to recommend them to our customers,
to conduct our commercial activities, to determine and implement our Company’s business strategies and to carry out the necessary work, without being limited to these,
to fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts to which our Company is a party,
to ensure the execution of our Company’s human resources policies,
to ensure the physical security and supervision of the premises used by our Company,
to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and of the persons in a business relationship with our Company;

in line with the personal data processing conditions specified in the relevant articles of the KVKK.

3- TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

The personal data you share may be transferred, for the following purposes:

to improve the products and services offered by our Company,
to carry out the sales and marketing activities of the products and services offered by our Company,
to conduct our commercial activities, to determine and implement our Company’s business strategies and to carry out the necessary work, without being limited to these,
to fulfill the obligations arising from the contracts to which our Company is a party,
to ensure the execution of our Company’s human resources policies,
to ensure the physical security and supervision of the premises used by our Company,
to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and of the persons in a business relationship with our Company;

to our business partners, our shareholders and legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4- LEGAL GROUNDS FOR AND METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, visually or electronically, for the purposes and within the scope stated above, in the course of Biriz Global Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. conducting its commercial activities.

5- RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS LISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK

Provided that you remain within the framework of the KVKK and other legislation in force, you have the right:

to learn whether your personal data are being processed,
to request information if your personal data have been processed,
to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
to request the correction of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
to request that, where you have requested the correction of your incomplete or inaccurate data or the deletion or destruction of your personal data, this be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
to object to the emergence of a result to your detriment through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
to request compensation for the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise these rights, you may submit your request to our Company in writing or, if a separate method is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, in accordance with that method.

You may send your application, in a clear and comprehensible manner and attaching your identity and address information, provided that the application relates to yourself or, if you are acting on behalf of another person, that you are specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, to the address "Atayurt Business Center, No: 169/40, Atatürk Boulevard, Kavaklıdere Neighborhood" with a wet-ink signature, or to our e-mail address "info@mapperx.com" signed with a secure electronic signature.

Our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by us.
