Solar Energy Trade Shows and Fairs Around the World
Solar energy trade shows and fairs around the world: organizer links and guidance for comparing PV, storage and O&M suppliers before planning a visit.
Solar energy trade shows help buyers compare PV equipment, storage, installation services and operations technology. Choose an event by the market and decision you need to address, not simply by its size. This guide is an event directory, not a current-year calendar: verify dates, venue, registration and exhibitor participation with each organizer before booking.
Intersolar Europe
Intersolar Europe: PV Industry Networking

Intersolar Europe in Munich focuses on the solar industry and forms part of The smarter E Europe. Review the current exhibitor list and conference program for the specific module, inverter, mounting or O&M topics relevant to your project.
RE+ and Solar Power International
RE+: Solar, Storage and the Wider Energy Market

RE+ brings together solar, storage and related clean-energy sectors in the United States. Solar Power International is part of its event history. Use the organizer’s current program and venue information before booking travel or exhibition space.
SNEC PV Power Expo
SNEC: Check the Current Exhibition Program

SNEC is a solar and energy-storage industry exhibition in Shanghai. Manufacturer meetings can be useful for comparing product documentation, manufacturing capabilities and delivery support. Confirm the current edition and exhibitor identities through the organizer.
Middle East Energy
Middle East Energy: A Broader Power-Sector Event

Middle East Energy in Dubai covers the wider energy sector, not only solar PV. Check the program for renewable energy, storage, grid and power-equipment topics. Do not treat an archived event date as confirmation of a future edition.
Renewable Energy India Expo
Renewable Energy India Expo: Verify Venue and Edition

Renewable Energy India Expo covers renewable-energy technologies and business opportunities in India. Consult the official edition details for the venue in Greater Noida and the participating companies instead of assuming the event is in central New Delhi.
The Energy Expo
The Energy Expo: Match the Program to Your Market

The Energy Expo provides an industry meeting point for energy products and services. Verify the current location and program, and check whether exhibitors support the market where your equipment will actually be installed and serviced.
Solar & Storage Live Africa
Solar & Storage Live Africa: Current Organizer Information

For solar and storage events in this market, consult Solar & Storage Live Africa. Older material may refer to The Solar Show Africa. Check the current Johannesburg edition and agenda directly rather than carrying forward historical dates or attendance claims.
Intersolar India
Intersolar India: Part of The smarter E India

The smarter E India brings together Intersolar India and related energy exhibitions. Consult the organizer for the current city, dates and focus areas rather than assuming every edition takes place in Mumbai.
Solar Solutions International
Solar Solutions: Regional Product and Installation Focus

Solar Solutions Amsterdam is a meeting point for solar and related energy-system professionals. Check the organizer’s venue, entry conditions and product program; the older Solar Solutions International name and a past date are not a booking reference.
MapperX Participation: Historical Highlights
EIF 15th World Energy Congress
October 12-14, 2022
MapperX participated in the EIF 15th World Energy Congress on October 12-14, 2022.
DJI Workshop

MapperX made its debut at the workshop organized with the participation of DJI’s Middle East Region Corporate Sales Manager Jony Jin.
Hakan Yaralı, the founder of MapperX, said, “We have developed an artificial intelligence software that will contribute to our country in a very serious way, which is very fast, economical and very few companies in the world can do, regarding the autonomous detection and reporting of malfunctions in solar power plants of many unmanned aerial vehicles currently used in the world. UAVs, i.e. unmanned aerial vehicles, are used in many sectors and in many different areas. We mostly dealt with the industrial side of this. We set out thinking about how we can be more useful to people.” This historical quotation describes the founder’s ambitions, not independently verified performance or market comparisons. MapperX uses AI-assisted analysis with human review; results depend on inspection conditions, data acquisition and validation. Thermal anomalies alone do not confirm microcracks, PID, root cause or every defect.
DJI Launch

Hakan Yaralı, founder of MapperX, attended the ENTERPRISE Launch organized by DJI in Istanbul as a speaker to talk about “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Solar Power Plants”. Visit the website to learn more about “Thermal Review of Solar Power Plants” (Source).
How to turn a trade-show visit into a useful shortlist
Start with one concrete decision: selecting replacement modules, qualifying an EPC partner, specifying storage or improving inspection reporting. Shortlist exhibitors that can answer that decision in your operating market. A large stand or an impressive demonstration does not establish local service capacity, product suitability or independently verified performance.
- Before the event, share a short brief covering site scale, climate, existing equipment and the problem to solve. Ask who can discuss technical details rather than only sales material.
- For hardware, request model-specific datasheets, warranty conditions, installation instructions and evidence relevant to the proposed use. Separate announced products from equipment available for delivery.
- For inspection software, ask to see a sample report, asset-location method, uncertain classifications and how field-confirmed findings are recorded. Compare workflows using the same inspection objective.
- After the event, document open questions, responsible contacts and the next verification step. Do not treat a conference conversation as a binding technical commitment.
If O&M is your priority, use the solar plant operation and maintenance guide to build a focused list of inspection and service questions before attending.
Frequently asked questions
Are the events listed here a confirmed calendar for this year?
No. This is a directory of event brands and official organizer references. Dates, venues and names can change, so verify the current edition before making travel or exhibition commitments.
Does exhibiting at a solar trade show prove a supplier is certified?
No. Participation does not validate a product’s certification, suitability or performance claims. Request documentation for the exact product and verify it with the issuing body where appropriate.
Should an O&M buyer attend a PV-only event or a broader energy event?
Choose by the suppliers and technical sessions needed. PV-focused events may help with modules and inspection; broader energy events may be useful for storage, grid integration and power equipment. Review the agenda before registering.
